About returned goods
I want to return an item. What can I do?
Please send us an email at email@example.com, pointing out the reasons why you are returning the good, as well as attaching a picture of the problem. As soon as we verify the problem, you will receive an email with all of the instruction to proceed with the return. It’s also possible to return only one good.
How do I know if you received the returned goods?
As soon as the courier give us the package, we will send you an email with the refund procedures. Before proceeding with the refund, we will check the item’s integrity before moving to the final stages.
How long I have to wait for the refund?
This procedure can last a maximum 7 working days, starting from the day in which we receive the returned goods pack. We will conduct the refund on your credit or debit card.
