Shipping methods

Shipments are implemented worldwide by UPS courier and Express Mail System service of Poste Italiane. Time of shipments are as follows:

• 1-2 working days to Italy. NB: The time can be different for the following regions: Calabria, Sicilia and Sardegna.
• 4-5 working days to EU countries.
• 4-5 working days to US, Asia and Australia.

All shipments can be tracked through the related tracking number on www.ups.com and www.poste.it, only after our system sends the customer the ID tracking information.

Connection Knitwear and Clothing  is not responsible of unexpected delivery delays, not depending on its will.

For bank transfer payment, the item(s) will be sent when the payment is received by Connection Knitwear and Clothing.

Connection Knitwear and Clothing is not responsible for any delivery problems caused by the courier.
